The Tarrant County DA has not had enough of losing, so Tex is set to go to trial for a second time on January 12th, 2026. This time, on charges of resisting arrest & interfering in public duties.
The transcripts from Tex’s first trial are a crucial piece of evidence that will be needed to conduct his second trial and like all else in the (in)justice system must be bought. We need to raise about $2000 to order the copies of all five days of testimony and we’re giving away some goodies to those that can assist.

At the conclusion of the fundraiser on 11/16, ten winners will be randomly drawn and receive a shirt hand-made by Tex in the winners choice of short sleeve or long sleeve block printed on comfort colors plus some other goodies.
